The PROFESSIONAL LIGHTING DESIGN is the only magazine worldwide that is dedicated solely to presenting professional architectural lighting. Conceived as the official magazine of the PLDA (Professional Lighting Designers' Association) it concentrates on the presentation of design philosophies, historical background information, theoretical topics, professional issues and the technical aspects of lighting design and application. PLD is oriented to meet the requirements of the lighting designer. The high quality and competence of PLD is documented by its Advisory Board comprising internationally renowned lighting designers and architects. The magazine is printed in four separate versions: English, German, Chinese and Turkish.
PLD China now exists since 4 years and is published 6 times a year. PLD China addresses to readers which are not just lighting designers and engineers, but also architects, interior designers, governments, manufacturers, as well as scholars and students in colleges in mainland of China, Hong Kong and Taiwan.
